You will have experience of large Capital projects, ideally within the Health sector.
Client interface and stakeholder approvals; obtain written Client approval to proceed beyond each stage; value and risk management; consultant selection and fee management; approval of invoices (within limits defined in writing by the Client); prepare, implement and close out Project Execution Plan; Design and Design Management; formulating and implementing procurement strategy; prepare and maintain strategic programme; monitoring the activities and performance of all other participants; chair and minute Progress Meetings; prepare Monthly Client Progress Reports (in conjunction with team); record all changes to client requirements and scope of services; meet regularly with the client to understand client's requirements.
